What's Happening Now
Thank you to the over 3,000 Texans that submitted comments on TCEQ’s proposed environmental flow rule for the Colorado and Lavaca rivers/Matagorda Bay area and the Guadalupe and San Antonio rivers/San Antonio Bay area As currently proposed, this rule fails to protect the region’s fish and wildlife populations – and the industries that depend on them. It will be considered for adoption by the TCEQ Commissions in August 2012.
